This site is owned by the National Association of Realtors. Most of our listings from our Multiple Listings go directly to this site. Here are a few things you need to know about this site:
- Some of the bigger agencies do not subscribe to this service because they have their own web sites. Because of this, sometimes you will only see one picture or very little information about a property
- Remember that realtors and mortgage persons pay to be on this site.
- If a property is "under show" it means it is under deposit and the owner wants to still show it until the contingencies have been met, on this site "show" will come up as an active listing.
- If you want the current information (and addresses) let me know and as your "Buyer's Agent" or "Listing Agent", I can email you listings.

This site gives you a wealth of information about mortgages and credit. Fannie Mae is a government entity that educates the consumer about the house buying process.

This site has appraisal information and other statistics about a property in the various towns in Connecticut (and other states). Here are a few things you need to know:
- If you don't see a particular town listed, you can go directly to the town's web site and find appraisal information on line. There are a few towns that do not have this service
- The town information is not always correct. It could be the owners did improvements that the town does not know about. This is something I can help you with as your Realtor.

This site has become very popular. It will give you a price idea of a particular home - however, I would be cautious about treating it as the truth. As your Realtor, I can help you do a CMA (comparative market analysis) on a property to help you determine Value.
